Refund Policy for Civil Mart

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Process:

• Provide your order details and reason for the return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Exceptions:

• Products that are damaged during delivery are eligible for a return.
• Customized or special-order products are non-refundable.
